I worked with Caren Carnine-Oliva, property manager at Personalized Property Management in Cathedral City, CA on a very time consuming and difficult condominium project. I am a condo project underwriter and was working with Caren to try and get the condo project approved for Agency financing. The process require a lot of effort over a 3 week period. Caren was amazing in her service to our mortgage company in assisting me with everything I needed to get the project approved. Caren continuously went above and beyond to provide what was requested of her, and provided the documentation needed in an efficient and remarkable time frame. At times providing the requested documentation the same day or within hours of my request!!! This is unheard of in the industry. In a time when we struggle daily to receive even the most minimal or decent customer service from most property management companies, it is a welcome change to work with a property manager and company that truly does represent their company in putting the customer first. Thank you Caren Oliva and PPM for an outstanding job and assisting me in getting our condo project approval to the finish line!!!
