Awful service. They notified us of a zoom board meeting, cancel and reschedule, then the meeting never happened. Also the passes that residents need during the festivals have been delivered for the last 20 years, now they are requiring residents to pick them up at their offices which is on the other side of the valley and is open only during the time that most of us are also working. Last I made a service request months ago and have yet to receive a response.

My experience with Personalized Property Management has been unacceptable. The company neglected to properly post my monthly HOA payments, even though the payments were made on time. Because of their failure to accurately maintain my account, they assessed late fees and penalties and negatively affected my credit score. I have repeatedly provided bank statements that clearly show proof of payment, yet they continue to refuse to credit my account or correct the errors. What is equally frustrating is their lack of communication. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered, leaving me with no meaningful way to resolve a problem that was caused by their records management. If you're looking for a property management company that values accuracy, responsiveness, and accountability, my experience suggests you should look elsewhere.

I can’t say enough good things about Personalized Property Management and, especially, Caren. I recently needed her help with some important loan documents, and we were working under a very tight deadline. Caren was incredibly responsive and immediately jumped in to help. She understood how time-sensitive the situation was, took action right away, and made sure I had what I needed so we could stay on schedule and close on time. Her communication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find someone who is not only responsive but genuinely cares about helping their clients and getting things done. I’m extremely grateful for Caren’s help and would highly recommend Personalized Property Management to anyone looking for a property management company that is reliable, professional, and truly cares about their clients.

My payments went up and no noticeable changes have been made. Why did it go up $100 where is that extra money going? The fees they have are ridiculous if you happen to be late and in this economy, you would think if the company cared about the people they serve would be a little more understanding on fees. They pick and choose the rules they enforce and again, no improvements I have seen have been made so where’s is the extra $1200 plus fees of my money going?

I worked with Caren Carnine-Oliva, property manager at Personalized Property Management in Cathedral City, CA on a very time consuming and difficult condominium project. I am a condo project underwriter and was working with Caren to try and get the condo project approved for Agency financing. The process require a lot of effort over a 3 week period. Caren was amazing in her service to our mortgage company in assisting me with everything I needed to get the project approved. Caren continuously went above and beyond to provide what was requested of her, and provided the documentation needed in an efficient and remarkable time frame. At times providing the requested documentation the same day or within hours of my request!!! This is unheard of in the industry. In a time when we struggle daily to receive even the most minimal or decent customer service from most property management companies, it is a welcome change to work with a property manager and company that truly does represent their company in putting the customer first. Thank you Caren Oliva and PPM for an outstanding job and assisting me in getting our condo project approval to the finish line!!!

*SPECIFIC TO A PROPERTY MANAGER EMPLOYED HERE - We want to give our compliments to Ian Ochoa, our property manager. He has done an outstanding job maintaining our community and puts in every effort to resolve the concerns of every homeowner here putting us all at ease. We are so grateful for his efforts and diligence. It's obvious he takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work and what he does. You can see it in the way he carries himself and how he treats each and every concern like a priority. He is responsive, communicative and goes above and beyond in his services! Ian is someone who steps up and shows up, never complaining nor being dismissive no matter how small the matter. The work he does is great and we are grateful he manages our community!
