Your New Owner’s Portal includes features such as:

• Convenient payment options

• An interactive communication tool between you and your Community Management Team

• The ability to send service requests

• The ability to submit architectural requests to your board

• A platform that provides current information about your community and management company

Dashboard/Homeowner Home Page

The Homeowner Dashboard will always be the first page displayed when logging in. The Dashboard page gives an overview of your account information, balance, any upcoming scheduled payments if applicable, as well as their “Open Issues.” From the Dashboard you can easily navigate to the other Portal Pages.

Click this link to access the portal. Once you are taken to that page, on the right hand side you will he an area where you can login with a set of credentials.

If you don’t have a username and password yet go to portal.ppminternet.com/login. On that page, on the right hand side you will see an area where you can login.

After you click “Sign Up”, you can begin to register for an account. In order to create your account you will need a registration key. If you do not have a registration key you will need to click where it says “I don’t have a portal key or account number.”. You will then need to wait for you account to be created. Once it is created you will get an email notification saying it is complete and then you can access your account.
