I live in, and serve on the board of, an HOA community for which PPM is the property manager. Rich Warfield, head of PPM, has for many years gone above and beyond in providing service to our HOA, and the same is true of PPM's onsite staff. Dealing with and handling the concerns of many homeowners is a difficult and challenging task, often made more difficult by the unfortunate, negative, actions and antics of certain homeowners within the community. Property management is a tough, competitive business with difficult demands, but PPM does an excellent job of serving my community and its residents.

I worked with Caren Carnine-Oliva, property manager at Personalized Property Management in Cathedral City, CA on a very time consuming and difficult condominium project. I am a condo project underwriter and was working with Caren to try and get the condo project approved for Agency financing. The process require a lot of effort over a 3 week period. Caren was amazing in her service to our mortgage company in assisting me with everything I needed to get the project approved. Caren continuously went above and beyond to provide what was requested of her, and provided the documentation needed in an efficient and remarkable time frame. At times providing the requested documentation the same day or within hours of my request!!! This is unheard of in the industry. In a time when we struggle daily to receive even the most minimal or decent customer service from most property management companies, it is a welcome change to work with a property manager and company that truly does represent their company in putting the customer first. Thank you Caren Oliva and PPM for an outstanding job and assisting me in getting our condo project approval to the finish line!!!

I reviewed PPM about three years ago, so I thought it was time for an update. The most significant change since my last review has been the computer software. It has improved considerably, and the enhanced reporting features allow our Board to stay on top of homeowner concerns, HOA fee collections, and architectural requests. Just as importantly, our Community Managers continue to do an excellent job handling the day-to-day responsibilities, including taxes, insurance, vendor contracts, and the many other issues that arise in managing our HOA. Overall, PPM has continued to improve its service, and I appreciate the support they provide to our community
